Amazing Rain
Bonney Lake, Washington,
United States
Welcome to the beautiful state of Washington.
My name is Salina, My husband is Tyler, and we have two wonderful daughters, Madisynn and Taytum.
We are dreaming of creating a self-sustainable community on a homestead, with gardens, chickens, a small goat, and herbal gardens for hollistic aspirations.
Currently, we are in touch with real estate agents who are highly interested in leasing 7+ bedroom Homesteads to combined families.
The economy is leaving these million dollar farmhouses vacant, and the owners are getting desperate to rent them out.
What better people to lease to, than a non-profit organization such as ourselves!
This will be an opportunity, no matter how rich or how poor, for you to be a part of our extended family.
How many people do you think we could fit comfortably into a mansion on 10 acres?
Let's enjoy meals together, and share the joys and stresses of uprearing our children.
We will have a co-op between the mom's for homeschooling our children in natural learning. By sharing the responsibility of leading, the children are exposed to different social aspects, without having to be exposed to traditional education.
Our main goal will be to become completely self-sustainable.
Most of the hard work has been completed already. These homesteads have farms and barns already set in place.
It's up to us to add the seeds and chicklets!
The monthly rent is between $4000 - $5000... We will all pitch in on the down payment... The property will belong to all of us together as our own LLC. ($38 filing fees - $400 paralegal fees.) You will be free to share your share back to the corporation if you ever decide to leave the homestead....
I wish I would have known many years ago that this was possible... With 5 families co-living... our monthly rent would be around $1000-$1200 with utilities.
We could begin our organic farm to help cover part of the cost of the home... As well as invite other children to participate in our homeschool co-op program. (Waldorf/Steiner Curriculum)
This would also help cover part of the cost of the home...
Many more ideas.. but the main goal is to create affordable housing for like-minded families.
Please email me if this sounds like something for you! :)
