The Trails at Newcastle is using the Cohousing Partners social and legal structure to develop a 6.4 acre property with 32 cottage and a common house that has connecting walking trails and periphery parking. The Site Plan is nearly permitted and the cottage plans are at a schematic level. Since there is quite a bit of information about the community plans on our newly re-launched website, I'll keep this brief. Please do look at our website where you can find out when we have events planned. There are three orientation meetings in November.
