Maxwelton Creek Cohousing
Whidbey Island, Washington,
United States
We are eight households of individually constructed homes surrounding a circle "green" within the larger 20+-acre community land. Our common house is attached to one residence. The community space is a 1200 sq ft facility with laundry, kitchen, bathroom, guest room and office alcove. We are located in rural south Whidbey Island among cedars, meadows, and a creek; stewardship of our land is a community priority.
One home is currently for sale. See our website or contact Margaret Moore at 360-321-5210 or mrgretmr@whidbey.com.
