Jackson Place Cohousing
Seattle, Washington,
United States
We are an urban cohousing community with 27 homes of eight different types, including flats and townhomes, on 1.5 acres. Residents range in age from one year to the lower 80s, with 44 adults and 17 children. Nine are renters, and the rest are owners. Decisions are made by consensus. We share meals and celebrations, and share in the upkeep of the property. We hold monthly community/business meetings and team meetings as needed.
